On the front outline it in black permanent marker. Make sure one side is the folded side as seen in the video Cut it out, leaving the folded side uncut. Open it up and color the inside with marker. Toss it in the water 🧪THE SCIENCE 🌈 This is just water allowing the food coloring to diffuse to the front of the paper towel! Diff
