Fire Diary Of New York on Instagram: "This morning just before 3:30am, an active manhole fire in Inwood caused a parked car to catch fire, spreading to a gas powered scooter and an additional car parked behind. Members of E95/L36 worked to extinguish the blaze but the manhole kept popping and reigniting the car.
