Instant Jowar Dosa – A quick, healthy and gluten-free dosa made without fermentation! Perfect for breakfast or a light dinner. Ingredients: • 1 cup jowar (sorghum) flour • 1/4 cup rice flour • 1–2 tbsp semolina (rava/suji) • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) • Salt to taste • 2–3 green chilies, finely chopped • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional) • Approx. 2 cups water (adjust for thin batter) Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
