The bobbin winder on my Weaver 205 Cylinder Arm Sewing Machine is pretty dang cool. These bobbins are huge and it’s easy to wind them unevenly on a regular bobbin winder. This bobbin winder moves the thread back and forth as it winds so that the bobbin is evenly wound all the way through. Practice makes better! I’ve had this Weaver 205-420 Cylinder Arm machine in my shop for a few months now. I’ve been practicing with it during that time with the hope to slowly integrate it into our production line. Though I prefer to hand stitch all of our current products for durability purposes, there are things I want to introduce to our product line that don’t require a Saddle Stitch.
