Here is how I make meatloaf! It’s a perfect weeknight dinner and only takes a few minutes to prepare. Onions \t•\t1/2 white onion, thinly sliced \t•\t2 tbs butter \t•\t1 tbs sugar \t•\t1/2 tsp salt Add everything to a skillet and cook over medium high heat for about 6 minutes, until the onions are soft and translucent.
